Invite your team

Give managers and coordinators access to your organization.

Invite a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team & Access.
  2. Invite the person by email and choose their role.
  3. They receive an email invitation and join your organization when they accept it.

Team members and workers are different

Team members manage work inside ShiftCandy. Workers (the people you staff) are added under Talent and use the Staff Portal instead. See Invite workers to the Staff Portal.
