Customize operational emails
Change the wording and branding of automatic shift emails.

Which emails
Operational emails cover the shift offer, shift confirmation, worker invitation and shift changed or cancelled emails.
Edit an email
- Go to Settings → Communications → Email and open Operational emails.
- Edit the subject, greeting, intro and closing. Shift details, links and the footer stay fixed so required information is never lost.
- Preview on desktop and phone, then save. Use Restore default to go back to ShiftCandy's wording.
Important
Operational emails are being rolled out gradually. If it isn't on yet, the panel says Not turned on for this workspace yet.
